Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the admission into the following courses offered under Distance Education at Hyderabad for the Academic Year 2002-2003.
M.A. Jyothisham (English & Telugu Medium)
Duration of Course: 2 Years
Course fees: Rs.2,500/- for Foreigners 120 US $
Eligibility: Any Bachelor Degree (Recognised by any University) or POL with Bhasha Praveena. No Age Limit.
Certificate Course in Modern Telugu
(Spoken Telugu) whose mothertongue is not Telugu
Duration of Course: One Year
Course fees: Rs.475/- for Foreigners 30 US $
Eligibility: S.S.C Pass or Equivalent Examination (Recognised by any Government Educational Institution) No Age Limit.
For the above courses Application Forms & Prospectus can be had from the Director, Distance Education Centre, P.S. Telugu University, Public Garden, Hyderabad from Date 16/08/2002 to 10/09/2002 on payment of Rs.200/- either Cash or DD drawn in favour of Registrar, Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University, Hyderabad-4 between 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on all working days. Those who wish to obtain application by post should enclose a self addressed stamped envelop of Rs.15/- (23x18 size cover) along with Demand Draft of Rs.200/- Last Date for submission of Application 10/09/2002.
